The Yakuza, or Japanese Mafia, have some insane traditions. Some of these traditions include beheadings of international business executives, removing part of the little finger, and tattoos that cover most of the body. The process to create these tattoos is called Tebori, which involves nothing more than a needle and ink and can take months to create and is a testament to pain tolerance and devotion to the Yakuza. The tattoos typically are not shown when one is fully dressed because the tattoo was considered taboo in Japanese Culture. Check out these beautiful and intricate tattoos.
